PRODUCT RETURNS

If for any reason you want to return the products you bought, you have every right to do so.

Your sole obligation is to return the products in their original packaging (plus gifts if any) in their original condition (unopened) together with the retail receipt.

In any case of product return you will be charged with the shipping costs and the process must be done through Elta courier. In addition, we do not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage during the transport of the product (during the return process).

Changes are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. Ioannajewelry.gr only sells products in perfect condition, if you exceptionally receive a product with a defect, the shipping costs to us are borne by ioannajewelry.gr, contact us via email info@ioannajewelry.gr or by phone at 2242 307380

Σε περίπτωση επιστροφής του προϊόντος, η επιστροφή χρημάτων (τα μεταφορικά έξοδα δεν επιστρέφονται, για παράδειγμα σε ποσό που έχετε επιβαρυνθεί +3€ και αφορά αγορές κάτω των 99€, θα σας επιστραφεί μόνο η αξία προιόντος) θα ολοκληρωθεί εντός 20 εργάσιμων ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής του προϊόντος . Για να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία στείλτε μας έναν λογαριασμό τραπέζης σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή IBAN στο info@ioannajewelry.gr
